Quality System 

Aiming the production of high and guaranteed quality JSC "Carmez" has developed and certified in July 2000 the System of quality enterprise management according to requests of international standards of ISO-9000 series.

In 2001-2003 the action of certificate is confirmed on ISO-9001.

December, 2003  Carmez  successiful past  re- certification QSM  in National Certification Organ Quality System for a confirmation  International Standard ISO 9001 version 2000,  certificate SNC RM SC 16 21 0027-03  from 15.12.2003. Octomber, 2006 Carmez  successiful past  re- certification QSM  for a confirmation  International Standard ISO 9001 version 2000,  certificate SNACP MD SC03 016 0040-06 from 15.12.2006.

During the development and implementation of the Quality system of JSC "Carmez" was adopted the most complete international standard ISO-9001, which includes all the stages of the production life cycle: its development, production and delivery to consumers.

For a systematic achievement of developing a Quality system there have been designed a scheme of plant's quality management, showing throughout matrixes the interaction and responsibility, internal links, the order and sequence of works.

The significance and responsibility degree of the chief - the Chairman of Board of joint-stock company "Carmez" are stipulated in the documents of the Quality System ISO-9001 of the joint-stock company "Carmez" as a concrete Policy of the chief in the field of produced production. The quality policy of the chief has defined and has established the obligatory purposes for the entire joint-stock company "Carmez" and quality strategy, and also the obligations, contracted by the management in order to achieve the aimed goals.

The director provides the necessary resources for quality system functioning, including:

1. Personnel resources

2. Training and retraining of staff

3. Technical resources

4. Normative and methodical base

5. Financial assets

The Quality System of the joint-stock company "Carmez" also regulates the relationship of the director of JSC "Carmez" with consumers, suppliers and other organizations. So, the Chairman of the Board realizes personal contacts with suppliers, managers of trade-commercial enterprises in order to receive for JSC "Carmez" the necessary raw material, materials and other production of appropriate quality. It is the warranty for issue of high-quality production at the joint-stock company "Carmez".

It is used carry out meetings with managers of trading houses and to degust the production of the plant. The chairman of Board and the managers of the appropriate services make the estimation and the choice of suppliers, raw and other materials, check the purchase documentation and the purchased production. If necessary, the management of the joint-stock company stipulates in the contract the right of monitoring procedure on purchased materials by its the representative or the representative of the customer directly at the supplier's office. Thus such a checking doesn't relieves the management of the joint-stock company "Carmez" from the responsibility for production quality maintenance and doesn't exclude the possibility of the customer's subsequent refusal.

The whole activity of the joint-stock company "Carmez" is determined and regulated in the appropriate documents of the Quality System ISO-9001.

The interaction of all division managers is regulated in so-called matrixes of responsibility.

The quality system of the joint-stock company "Carmez" guarantees:

Maintaining of high and stable quality of sausage and canning items and other meat products;

•  The safety and ecology of production and production process;

•  The satisfaction of consumers' requests and inquiries for meat items at accessible prices for various layers of the population, the preservation of traditional national recipes, the expansion of the range of "Carmez" production, the introduction of new non-polluting technologies.

•  The quality system stipulates the regular realization of internal audits at all the departments in order to maintain the technological quality to anticipate the establishment of non-conformity and to remove them operatively. Division managers bear personal liability for nonperformance of their regulated responsibilities. The functional responsibilities of managers and experts of divisions are determined in the appropriate Provisions, official and working instructions.

MARKETING And STRATEGY of SALES.

The public opinion on the production of the joint-stock company "Carmez" is formed by:

1. Organizing the tasting of production where representatives of trading houses, the State Standard Body of the Republic of Moldova, SES and other organizations;

2. Realizing trade exhibitions and fairs;

3. Realizing production through its own network of trade enterprises;

4. Organizing advertising by radio, TV and printed mass media.

The production plan of the joint-stock company "Carmez" is constituted on the basis of marketing data. Production prices of the joint-stock company - also are freely formed, based on the costs of its production and according to demand size.

The enterprise profitability for the year 2006 has constituted 4%. The increase of output after the implementation of new capacities will allow reducing the cost price at the expense of conditionally fixed expenses decrease, that will also allow to reduce the price or at to receive more profit at the same prices.

Now the production prices are a little bit lower, than at other enterprises.

THE BUYER DOESN'T DEPEND ON US - WE DEPEND ON HIM. THE BUYER IS THE TARGET AND THE PURPOSE OF OUR ACTIVITY, OUR GOAL IS TO SATISFY HIS TASTES AND REQUIRES, THUS PROVIDING PROFIT TO THE ENTERPRISE .

The Board of the joint-stock company "Carmez" is guided by the principles of high responsibility, good faith, finicky to itself, to staff, to the suppliers.

The primary goals of our collective are:

Maintaining of high and stable quality of sausage items and meat products;

Safety and ecological stability of outcome and production process;

Satisfaction of consumers' requests and requirements at reasonable prices;

Preservation of traditional national recipes of our production;

Expansion of the range of firm production;

Introduction of new non-polluting technologies;

Competitiveness of our production, seller market expansion, increase of production volumes for export.

Thus we should: Improve the acting quality system management and ensure its effective functioning according to ISO 9001:

Respect contracts and conditions of confidentiality.

Conduct constantly benchmarking in order to determine the real level of production and the place on the market.

Ensure constant, purposeful staff training, increasing of its qualification, professionalism and motivation.

Save partnership relations, both inside the enterprise, and outside with its clients.

Supply the buyers' high service at the expense of the network expansion of trade enterprises.
